For Higher Education (HE), we have a close partnership with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), one of the most progressive universities in the United Kingdom. The partnership between ICEM and UCLan has created a range of Higher Education Courses which are unique in Oman, some courses being unique in the Middle East. ICEM has a strong international, regional and national reputation for the quality of its programs and services.

In the area of Vocational training, ICEM offers a range of practical Structured Learning Programmes (SLPs) which provide students the skills, knowledge and understanding to operate as a member of a team within any Civil Defence, Fire Rescue, Fire Prevention, Industrial, Aviation or Private Emergency Response team with the aim of resolving any incident/accident efficiently and effectively. These SLPs have been developed in line with worldwide International Standards and most of our courses are internationally accredited and directly relevant to industry and to employment. This ensures the Quality Assurance of the training provided.

In Safety Services, ICEM’s mission is to protect property and life from  fire and other calamities. To achieve this we provide efficient emergency services. Our Safety Protection Services (SPS) division provides Fire fighting, Fire prevention and Fire Rescue services.
