Duties:
- conducting scientific research
- obtaining grants for scientific research, conducting research and building
a scientific team - publishing the results of research in scoring journals and monographs
- improving the research workshop
- conducting didactics, especially in the fields of psychometrics, statistics, psychological research methodology and master's seminar
- ensuring high quality didactics by developing concepts and content
- hospitalization of classes taught by university professors, assistant professors and assistants
- organizational activities for the benefit of the faculty
- representing the university in environments related to science, education, design and business
- improving the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original curricula for classes
- organizing the didactic process
- organizing scientific conferences and seminars
Requirements:
- a doctoral degree in psychology (obtained no later than September 30, 2025) and a master's degree in psychology
- teaching experience in one of the following areas: psychometrics or statistics or psychological research methodology or psychological diagnosis
- experience in active participation in foreign scientific conferences
- possession of scientific achievements in the field of psychology certified by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor
- experience in the implementation of grants (manager, principal investigator, grantee) funded from external sources or experience in obtaining funds for scientific research
- fluent knowledge of the Polish language
- fluent knowledge of English
- willingness to teach on weekdays and/or weekends
- commitment to declare employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

Required documents:
- CV with a list of teaching, scientific and organizational achievements with direct reference to the qualification criteria stated above
- copies of documents evidencing attainment of the academic/professional degrees described in the requirements or a statement of the planned date of attainment
- statement confirming knowledge of a foreign languages at the required level
Formal criteria:
- academic achievements - 30% of the final assessment
- teaching achievements - 50% of the final assessment
- organizational and practical achievements - 20% of the final assessment
