Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw

Tasks:
- teaching in the area of clinical psychology, including master's seminars
- carrying out organizational tasks related to didactics (creating syllabuses, archiving student work, grading, meeting with students in the form of consultations/duty, participating in graduation and conducting examinations)
- organizing the didactic process, including coordination of classes taught by colleagues
- willingness to perform assigned functions and organizational tasks at the Department
- involving in organizational work at the Faculty of Psychology in Warsaw
- taking care of the development of teaching competencies through participation in internal trainings organized by both the department and the University, e.g. during the Week of Teaching Competence
- developing original curricula for classes
- popularizing psychological knowledge
- performing teaching duties in full-time studies and part-time studies according to the schedule (teaching classes on selected weekdays and selected weekends)
Requirements:
- possession of a master's degree in psychology and a doctoral degree in the social sciences in the discipline of psychology
- knowledge and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, with a preference for the diagnosis and treatment of addiction
- min. 1 year of experience in teaching in a university such as lectures, exercises, workshops or graduation seminars or experience in conducting professional trainings, workshops and trainings
- interest in scientific activity
- fluent in Polish
- computer proficiency and willingness to learn new applications
- willingness to teach also on weekends
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work
Nice to have:
- documented completion of courses will be an added advantage or other forms of training to improve teaching qualifications, experience in preparing teaching materials and in developing new educational programs, as well as awards for teaching activities and high evaluations of teaching work in previous places of employment

Required documents:

- a scan of the diploma confirming the attainment of a doctoral degree and a master's degree
- statement confirming knowledge of a foreign language at the required level
Formal criteria:
- scientific achievements - 10% of the final assessment
- teaching achievements - 60% of the final assessment
- organisational and practical achievements - 30% of the final assessment
