Duties:
- conducting teaching activities
- organizational activities for the benefit of the Faculty
- improving the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original course programs
- organizing the didactic process
- conducting scientific research
- acquiring funds for scientific research
- publishing research results in scoring journals and monographs
- improvement of the research workshop
- organization of scientific conferences and seminars
Requirements:
- a doctoral degree in the social sciences, in the discipline of social communication and media sciences or a related field (obtained no later than September 30, 2025)
- minimum one year of experience in teaching students and preparing teaching materials
- professional experience gained outside the university
- experience in raising funds for the organization's activities
and implementation of projects - experience in popularization and commercialization of scientific research results
- scientific publications
- participation in the implementation of national and international grants (as a manager and/or contractor)
- awards and prizes for scientific activities
- active participation in national and international scientific conferences
- fluency in Polish and English (to the extent that allows for teaching
and participation in international research projects) - research interests in the area of social communication sciences and media
- willingness to work on weekends
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work
Nice to have:
- experience in organizing the didactic process (planning and organization of didactic classes, preparation of teaching loads for lecturers, preparation of regulations, procedures and instructions on didactics, implementation
of new didactic programs) - experience in the role of thesis Promoter(s)
