Description of the research activity:

Research activity in architectural and urban design in dialogue with educational sciences and landscape architecture, contributing to the activities of the EdenSpaces Master’s program and the interdisciplinary EdenLab at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. The research focuses on the analysis, design, and experimentation of educational environments, open spaces, and urban contexts that promote learning, inclusion, and sustainability. Activities include theoretical and design-based research, national and international case studies, applied research projects, and the organization of interdisciplinary workshops. The disciplinary contribution consists in integrating tools and methods of architectural and urban design with pedagogical and landscape approaches through research-by-design practices and collaborative processes aimed at the creation of innovative educational landscapes.
