United Technologies is a dynamic company that offers a rewarding environment for its potential leaders to grow.
The European Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) is a key entry point to start a career in finance at UTC. During the three-year period, financial associates will be working in three different companies of UTC and are exposed to three different functions in finance.
It is a fantastic opportunity for people with the potential and ambition to become a UTC international finance leader of the future.
Spending three years in three different rotations broadens finance and accounting skills, establishes a network of professional contacts, and helps gaining in-depth knowledge about UTC's products and processes.
Associates also benefit from the corporation's international presence by filling positions around Europe. Current rotations exist in Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and UK.
To enhance experience and develop business acumen, every year associates attend a training seminar as well as a networking event with UTC finance executives. In addition, UTC sponsors financial trainings and exams such as CIMA or ACCA for EFLP associates who desire to follow these training schemes.
We invite you to visit our website www.utc.com and to read our annual report.
Please send your application, attaching your CV and cover letter in English to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the reference “EFLP”. In your application please confirm your availability as well as your legal authorization to work in the European Union.
