Imec is looking for a talented Mixed Signal Design Engineer (f/m) to advance their research in emerging memories periphery and SRAM periphery using advanced logic nodes.
You will design and optimize mixed signal circuits and flows for both emerging memories (e.g., MRAM, FeRAM, eDRAM), advanced nodes SRAM and high density 3D structures for DRAM applications.
You will focuson Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) between the system subblocks and the underlying technology, to enhance performance and reliability, developing cutting-edge interconnect strategies to improve integration and scalability.
You will support tape-out processes, ensuring successful fabrication and implementation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technology co-optimization efforts.
