The EUI seeks applications for a chair in citizenship studies, a core EUI strength. The chair is located in the flagship Global Governance Programme (GGP) of the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies. The EUI seeks senior candidates with a strong publication record, experience in leading large research projects and expertise in comparative research on citizenship. A track record in securing competitive research funding is expected. The chair is expected to consolidate and further develop the Global Citizenship Observatory’s databases (GLOBALCIT- http://globalcit.eu/) and related research. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and supervise doctoral researchers across a range of themes in citizenship studies.
