This position will report directly to the Head of Department.
Job Summary: The Adjunct Instructor Computer Science position is housed within the Department of Natural & Applied Sciences, College of Arts & Sciences at AUIB. Reporting to the head of the department, this role involves teaching basic computer science courses to undergraduate students as per the semester assignments. Key responsibilities include attending departmental meetings to stay updated on policies and developments, assisting in the development and updating of course materials and curricula in collaboration with full-time faculty, adhering to the university's teaching guidelines, and maintaining high professional and ethical standards throughout all interactions.
Areas of Accountabilities: Main Activities
A master’s degree in computer science from a reputable college or university.
Experience: A minimum of two years of postsecondary teaching experience in a college or university setting.
